These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of mykitchenpros.com and any services My Kitchen Pros provides as a result of your inquiry. By using this site or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms.

1. Lead Submissions

When you submit a form on this site, you confirm that:

  • The contact information you provide is accurate.
  • You are 18 years or older or have permission from a parent or guardian to submit.
  • You are the homeowner or have authorization from the homeowner to discuss the project.

2. SMS Program Terms

Message Types

By subscribing to our SMS service, you agree to receive text messages from My Kitchen Pros. Message types may include appointment reminders, promotional offers, order updates, customer service notifications, and other messages related to your account or services.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You can expect to receive approximately 2 to 8 messages per month on average, though frequency may vary based on your activity.

Opting In Is Voluntary

Subscribing to SMS messages from My Kitchen Pros is entirely voluntary. You are not required to opt in to receive SMS messages to purchase goods or services from us.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile service provider for details about your plan's rates. My Kitchen Pros is not responsible for any charges related to SMS messages.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by texting STOP to the number sending the message, or by contacting us at hello@mykitchenpros.com. After you opt out, you will receive one final confirmation message, and no further promotional SMS messages will be sent unless you request to re-enroll.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All package prices, ranges, and discounts shown on this site are starting prices for the scope described, valid as of the Effective Date. Your final price is set in writing after an in-home measure or detailed scope conversation. Promotional offers (for example, package-specific discounts) apply only to the package they reference, cannot be combined unless explicitly stated, and may change month to month.

Pricing shown on the site is not a binding quote. A binding quote is only the written estimate we provide after measuring your project.

4. Project Photos and Reference Images

Photos shown on this site include both completed My Kitchen Pros projects and reference images of styles we can build. Reference images are clearly distinguishable in our portfolio and do not represent specific past projects unless labeled as such.

5. Use of This Site

You agree to use this site lawfully. You will not:

  • Submit content that is unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent.
  • Attempt to scrape data from the site at high volume or via automated tools that bypass standard browser controls.
  • Attempt to interfere with the normal operation of the site (DDoS, injection attempts, credential stuffing).
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your relationship to the property being discussed.

6. Intellectual Property

The content on this site (photos, copy, branding, code) is owned by My Kitchen Pros or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or republish it without permission, except for personal non-commercial use (saving a photo to share with your spouse is fine; reposting our portfolio as your own is not).

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

The site is provided "as is." We do our best to keep information accurate but make no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Kitchen Pros's liability for any claim arising out of your use of this site is limited to $100.

This limitation does not apply to the actual services we provide for your kitchen project, which are governed by the separate written estimate and contract you sign with us.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to this site or our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The Effective Date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a revision means you accept the updated Terms.
